Tracey Friend (JP)
Chairperson
Tracey is serving her fifth year on the Chamber and is honoured to be the chairperson for the coming year in her third term as Chair. She runs her own business in Dannevirke, Tararua Funerals Ltd, and is a big advocate for locally owned and operated businesses.
Alison Amboy
Deputy Chairperson
Alison operates the Regent Cafe in High Street in Dannevirke. She handles social media and the monthly newsletter, representing younger business owners in the Chamber.
Julenne Nguyen
Treasurer
Julenne is new to the committee as of February 2026. She is an Associate at MCI & Associates, a Chartered Accountant, and brings experience to the committee. She loves getting involved in the community.
Xavier Labutte
Secretary
Xavier has been on the committee for several years as Secretary. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, gardening, and volunteering in the community.
Robynne Cload
Committee Member
Robynne has 18 years of experience in real estate and is a member of the After 5’s Sub-Committee, helping Chamber members network and grow their businesses.
Elliott Henderson
Committee Member
Elliott has been working at Dorrington Poole since 2024 when he moved to Dannevirke. Elliott is keen on helping the community both within his work and now with the Chamber.
Buffy Mabey
Committee Member
Buffy is the property manager for Property Brokers in Pahiatua and has been on the committee for several years. She is part of the committee that organizes the Christmas Parade.
Calder Woodfield
Committee Member
Calder is a Financial Advisor for Thrive, an insurance business. He is new to the committee, bringing energy and new ideas to support local businesses.
Angela Strawbridge
Committee Member
Angela brings 28 years of experience in the rural sector, specialising in agricultural training, event management and rural leadership. She has served on the Chamber of Commerce committee for the past year and is passionate about supporting local businesses, strengthening community connections and creating opportunities for the wider district.
